Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital media plans and strategies. Research and analyse market trends, audience demographics, and competitor activities to inform campaign planning. Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them. Allocate and manage digital media budgets to maximize ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and optimized content for digital platforms. Negotiate and purchase digital ad space across platforms such as social media, search engines, and programmatic networks. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital media planning and buying, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
