A transport company is currently looking for Creative Marketing Team Lead for Kolkata location.
What Were Looking For --
1. Experience: 5-7 years in creative/marketing roles
2. Leadership: 2-3 years of experience leading a team of 56 members
3. Portfolio: A Strong creative portfolio is mandatory
4. Skills: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Filmmaking and visual storytelling
Mid Journey and AI-driven creative tools
5. Expertise: Strong grasp of digital presence and brand visualization
Prior experience in the D2C industry is preferred
Education: Bachelor's in a relevant field
1. Lead and mentor a creative team of 5-6 members
2. Develop and execute brand stories, campaigns, and visual strategies
3. Drive creative innovation across digital and offline platforms
4. Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing creatives within deadlines
