Asst Manager Control Systems

Job Title:

• Design, develop, and maintain control system software using

  B&R Automation Studio

  .
• Implement and troubleshoot

  HMI/visualisation

  systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical design teams to integrate control systems into the overall machine architecture.
• Manage version control and documentation of software projects in repository.
• Optimize control logic for enhanced machine performance, reliability, and safety.
• Participate in system commissioning, testing, and debugging at the factory and customer sites (remotely as needed).
• Support service and maintenance teams in resolving complex control-related issues.
• Provide training and technical documentation for internal teams and end users.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering

  or equivalent.

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience in control system programming with

  B&R Automation Studio

  .
• Strong understanding of

  PLC programming

  ,

  motion control

  ,

  industrial communication protocols

  (e.g., Powerlink, Modbus, OPC-UA, CAN, Ethernet/IP).
• Experience in HMI development and remote access systems.
• Proficiency in

  structured text, ladder logic

  , and

  modular project structures

  .
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and control schematics.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in working with

  flexographic printing machines

  or other

  web handling / packaging machinery

  .
• Knowledge of servo drives, tension control, registration systems, and print process workflows.
• Experience with integrating third-party sensors and devices (cameras, encoders, etc.).
