Role & responsibilities

Mould/ Tool/ Dies trial at vendor end (New/ Existing)
Part & Process validation for Moulding / press/ EPS and Trial Report release
Tool life monitoring (verification of supplier's PM management)
Mould/ Tool correction /rectification planning and execution
Mould/ Tool contract management (new & renewal) and RGP Completion and supplier confirmation
Maintenance of Tooling documents (trial reports/list of Moulds etc.)
Identify life over Moulds/tools and proposal for scrap to management (timely)
Physical asset verification audit along with finance @ vendor end
Cost innovation through value addition (CT/ MC/ RM)
Amortize Mould quantity verification and monitoring
Intimation to buyers for price revision (Amortized quantity reached)

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate joiners only
Directing design, development, and modifications on Moulds and other products.
Handling of trials, identification of problems & trouble shooting.
New model development with cost effective idea for tooling parts
