Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the Accounts department at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - TDS: * Deducting TDS and entering the details in Tally * Working on TDS calculations - GST: * Generating and maintaining invoices - Handling Purchase and Expense entries with Cost Centre accounting in Tally - Monitoring petty cash bills and vouchers - Processing purchase, labour, and professional bills and recording them in Tally - Preparing cheques, RTGS, and NEFT transactions for bills - Managing Bank and Cash entries and performing Bank Reconciliation - Entering Salary details - Checking Debit and Credit balances - Booking Loan Interest in Tally - Performing various Bank-related tasks - Assisting with other accounting department activities Key Skills required: - Proficiency in Tally ERP and Computer operations - Strong team coordination abilities - Advanced Excel skills - Thorough knowledge of Taxation laws and compliances Qualifications: - Graduate Experience: - Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience Gender: - Male Age Criteria: - Maximum 30 years old Please note that the salary offered for this position is INR 300,000 per annum.,
