Job Description Support the Designers and with tech-packs, hand-drawings, and spec sheets to transform design concepts into products for customer presentations and execution of factory prototypes. Key Responsibilities Create and execute new designs to support Designers and Customer requests through hand manipulations, tech packs, and spec sheets. Execute any sample revision requests from Designers. Track and manage work flow to meet customer sampling deadlines and provide timely communication at check-ins, for any anticipated issues concerning design execution and timing. Provide support for product life cycle, to troubleshoot costing, construction, functionality, and quality issues. Contribute inspiration, new ideas, prototypes, and mock up samples throughout the design process. Provide support for Ad Hoc requests. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related fashion field. 0-2 years of relevant work experience- fashion jewelry experience a plus. Must have professional portfolio of work for review. Must possess a solid sense of color, design and typography. A positive, team player with a great attitude, has skill sets to get things done on deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality. Contribute to the collaborative fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and offers ideas and solutions to promote a successful work/creative/product development experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
