Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Support the marketing and sales team in handling customer enquiries and order processing. Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up on quotations. Assist in developing new business with industrial customers. Support key account management and participate in review meetings. Maintain marketing MIS, reports, and documentation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required. Visit customers for technical discussions and relationship management. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering or related field. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional language. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in metals or extrusions. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Willingness to travel and meet customers on field visits. Show more Show less
