Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. This role leads cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, manages budgets, and ensures operational strategies align with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Lead, manage, and mentor operations teams across departments
Establish operational goals, KPIs, and performance standards

Process Optimization

Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Implement best practices, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Strategic Planning

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Support expansion, scaling, and change management initiatives

Financial & Resource Management

Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts
Monitor costs, productivity, and resource utilization

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Maintain quality control and risk management practices

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with senior leadership, vendors, and clients
Resolve operational issues and escalate risks when necessary

Reporting & Analytics

Track performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Use data insights to drive operational decisions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
812 years of operations experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of operations management, process improvement, and cost control
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
