We have open positions for AVP (Investment Banking) in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on in collateral preparations: IM's, teasers, valuation techniques, pitchbooks etc

- Financial analysis: Carry out in-depth financial modelling and valuation analysis including discounted cash flow DCF, comparable companies and transactions evaluation.

- Lead transactions, stay engaged with clients throughout the execution process to ensure smooth closure of the transaction. Active participation & involvement in negotiating deals.

- Due diligence: Managing the entire DD process, data room to ensure all required documentation is in place.

- Market research: Track market trends, evaluate segments of high transaction activity, track key developments across industries and government policies in order to identify new client opportunities.

- Prior team management experience is not mandatory, however, would be preferred.

- End-to-end deal execution experience is (Mandatory)

Mandatory Requirement:

- Education: CA / CFA / MBA (in finance)

- 5 to 7 years of prior M&A Investment Banking experience.
