Role : Associate Vice President (AVP) - Delivery Management (BFSI, LOS, LMS)

Work Location :

Hyderabad (Corporate Office)

Overview

We are looking for experienced AVP - Delivery Manager, with a strong background in the lending domain to lead and manage strategic projects within our organization.The ideal candidate should have 15 to 20 years of total experience of which 8 to 10 years of delivery management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the financial services industry, specifically in the lending sector.

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 10 Plus years of experience of handling multiple implementation project management, stakeholder management.
  • Strong Business Technology experience while closely working with end users to meet customer expectations.
  • Experience in end to end implementations of various LMS and LOS modules.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing teams.
  • Strong demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Analyzing program risks and taking corrective actions without affecting the deadlines.

Role Outcomes

  • Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing various teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved by evaluating project status and identify areas of improvement
  • Managing SOW's without compromising on delivery deadlines for various projects.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on deliveries.
  • Identifying risks and managing issues at early stages to deliver projects within time and budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of delivery management experience, with a focus on the lending domain.
  • In-depth understanding of lending processes, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
