Associate Vice President - BTG

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the BTG department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of BTG operations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability
• Develop and implement operational best practices to optimize BTG performance and reduce downtime
• Lead and mentor a team of BTG professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive synergies and improvements in overall plant operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all BTG activities
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance BTG operations
• Prepare and manage the BTG department budget, and monitor cost control measures
• Report regularly to senior management on BTG performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, other Engineering
• Exp: 20 to 30 Years
