Associate UX

Role Overview: As a part of our team, your role will involve thinking creatively, analyzing, strategizing, and iterating on various design projects. Your job is to simplify solutions for real-world problems faced by users. You will need to review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to meet both Lollypop standards and client needs. Attention to detail in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc., is crucial. Your mission includes applying strategic design thinking to address challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Think creatively, argue, analyze, strategize, and iterate on design projects - Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Design effort level scoping (LOE, SOW, and proposals) - Ensure deliverables meet expectations in terms of quality and timelines - Understand clients and users to provide effective design solutions - Apply a keen eye for usability, minimalism, and simplicity in design Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in UX design - Strong understanding of UX methodologies like research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing, and prototyping - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to mentor designers on design trends and maintain team spirit - Ownership mentality towards team and deliverables - Capability to work independently and motivate team members - Sense of humor and ability to maintain a positive work environment,
