Act as the primary contact for cross-functional alignment. - **Cross-Department Coordination:** Coordinate effectively across various university departments to achieve key academic and operational objectives such as scheduling, exams, grading, student records, and feedback cycles. - **Program Delivery Oversight:** Monitor the smooth execution of academic and non-academic processes on campus, ensuring classes, labs, assessments, and events proceed as planned. Resolve any issues promptly. - **Escalation Management:** Serve as the initial escalation point for both university stakeholders and internal teams. Use judgment and empathy to address conflicts and ensure timely resolutions. - **Data and Documentation:** Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all academic documentation, including student records, performance reports, attendance, and intervention tracking. - **Team Management:** Lead and mentor a small team of campus associates or coordinators, ensuring accountability, clarity, and performance. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify inefficiencies in campus execution and drive solutions through process redesign, training, or implementing smarter tools. Qualification Required: - 12 years of relevant work experience in stakeholder management, program operations, higher education, or customer success roles. - Preferred experience working with or within universities/colleges. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics professionally. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, reliable, and focused on achieving outcomes. - Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team is advantageous.,
