Associate Transport Planner

As an Associate Transport Planner in this role, you will be expected to have 10+ years of relevant experience in mobility planning, working on multi-disciplinary projects in urban development and/or infrastructure. Your qualifications should include a Master's Degree or equivalent in planning or civil engineering. Your ability to communicate and interact comfortably with a range of built-environment professionals, such as engineers, planners, policy officials, etc., is crucial. Your critical analytic thinking capabilities and passion for intelligent planning/engineering solutions will be highly valued. Additionally, having work-winning skills and a record of establishing "trusted advisor" relationships with public and private sector clients/stakeholders will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Project management experience, including setting up projects, managing multiple projects against tight timelines, and demonstrating a proactive and collaborative style - Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex planning concepts to diverse audiences - Mentorship capabilities to develop the professional skills and competencies of junior staff Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of relevant experience in mobility planning - Master's Degree or equivalent in planning or civil engineering - Ability to communicate effectively with various built-environment professionals - Critical analytic thinking capabilities - Work-winning skills and a record of establishing "trusted advisor" relationships - Project management experience - Strong written, oral, and presentation skills - Mentorship capabilities to develop junior staff In addition to the above requirements, you should have proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint software.
