Associate Transaction Services (US Utility Services Program)

Night Shift | Rotational

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable professionals to support a leading US-based utility services program. This role involves handling transaction services, email requests, and offline reports with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely completion.

Work Schedule:

7 days a week (rotational)

7:30 p.m. IST – 7:30 a.m. IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all report types and account-update tasks
• Document every action thoroughly to maintain complete audit trails
• Make occasional outbound calls using approved scripts (non-sales)
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all assigned workflows
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict program deadlines

Technology Requirements:

• USB VoIP headset (mandatory during certification and servicing)
• Dual monitor setup
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated with no pending patches)
