Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities : Performing interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their communication skills, thought processes, and comprehension abilities. Pose pertinent scenario-based questions and evaluate candidates' responses Clarify any queries during the interview and assess the candidate's capability to meet targets. Accurately document interviewing information in the systems application. Offer constructive feedback to candidates. Collaborate with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks. Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with candidates. Maintain and publish reports. Participate in interview call calibrations. Perform other assigned responsibilities. Candidate Requirements : 2+ Years of experience in a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting in the United States is required. Strong communication skills. Attentive listening skills. Proficiency. ( Preferred Male Candidates ) Position Requirements : Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun Week Off) Working hours: 8 (1hr break included) Shift Timing: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Could change basis requirement) Required to travel self. Future Prospects : Opportunity to transition into HR Recruiter role. Opportunity to transition into Trainer role.
