Associate Trainee-Sales&Services

You will be responsible for greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner, engaging with them to understand their requirements, and catering to their needs by showcasing products to influence their buying decision. Additionally, you will need to learn and understand sales procedures, be punctual, follow the company's code of conduct, and become familiar with personnel duties. Observing sales representatives, emulating their sales management processes, and proactively assisting sales executives and managers to achieve continuous improvement are also key aspects of this role.
