Associate Trainee-Sales&Services

You will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Showcasing products to customers to influence their buying decisions and make sales will be a key aspect of your role. It is important to learn and understand sales procedures, acquire product knowledge, and observe and emulate the sales management processes of experienced sales representatives to meet set targets. Being punctual, following the company's code of conduct, and familiarizing yourself with personnel duties are essential aspects of this role. You will also be required to proactively assist Sales executives and other managers to achieve real and sustained continuous improvement. In addition, you will assist customers with sales returns or repair work, calculate and prepare estimates for selected products, and strive to achieve category-wise sales targets for your allocated section. It is important to suggest solutions to enhance the store's profit and learn billing procedures. Furthermore, you will be expected to learn about the products and business policies of Malabar Gold and Diamonds, as well as take the initiative to understand the products and services offered by competitors, stay updated on the latest market trends, and continuously update your product knowledge.
