Associate Trainee - Sales

As a Sales Assistant, your role involves greeting and receiving customers warmly, engaging with them to understand their needs, and showcasing products to influence their buying decisions. You will be required to learn and understand sales procedures, acquire product knowledge, and observe and emulate sales representatives" management processes to meet set targets. Your proactive assistance to Sales executives and managers will contribute to real and sustained improvement in sales performance. Additionally, you will assist customers with sales returns or repair work and prepare estimates for selected products. Achieving category-wise sales targets, suggesting solutions for enhancing store profits, learning billing procedures, and assisting in stock counting and tallying are also part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to handle ornaments with care when transferring stock to the locker daily.
