Associate to Lead Corporate Volunteering (Hyderabad & Bangalore)

As a candidate for the position of Handling volunteering interventions of corporate partners, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships and execute events with the allocated corporate partners. You should possess the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, communicate effectively, and have a passion for volunteering. Role Overview: - Leading & organizing volunteering events with corporate partners - Managing relationships with corporate partners, NGOs & Vendors - Holding self-accountable for day-to-day event execution & operations - Conducting orientations and pitch calls with corporate partners - Collaborating with internal teams to support their needs through corporate volunteering Key Responsibilities: - Educational Degree: Any graduate - Minimum one year of experience in event execution and management - Previous experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Preferably one year of project management experience - Advantageous to have prior experience in the non-profit sector - Candidates with volunteering experience in Bhumi or similar organizations preferred Qualifications Required: - Facilitation and training skills - Effective influencing, engagement, networking, and listening skills - Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and regional language - Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills - Highly resourceful team player with self-driven attitude - Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions - Willingness to travel locally and nationally In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the role is designated as Lead/Associate reporting to the Manager.
