Associate to Lead Corporate Volunteering (Hyderabad & Bangalore)

Handling volunteering interventions of corporate partners is the primary responsibility for this role. You will be in charge of managing relationships and executing events with the allocated corporate partners. It is essential to be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, effective communication, and have a genuine passion for volunteering. Role and Responsibilities: - Leading and organizing volunteering events with corporate partners - Managing relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and Vendors - Holding self-accountable for day-to-day event execution and operations - Conducting orientations and pitch calls to corporate partners - Collaborating closely with internal teams to understand, fulfill, and support their needs through corporate volunteering Educational Qualification/Experience: - Educational Degree: Any graduate - Minimum one year of experience in executing and managing events - Previous experience in managing multiple stakeholders - Preferably one year of project management experience - Experience in the non-profit sector would be advantageous - Candidates with volunteering experience in Bhumi or similar organizations are preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Proficient in facilitation and training - Strong influencing, engagement, networking, and listening skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language - Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills - Resourceful team player with self-driven attitude - Forward-thinking mindset, actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions - Willingness to travel locally and nationally Other Details: - Scope: Full Time - Designation: Lead/Associate - Reporting to: Manager - Expected Joining Date: Immediate - Number of positions: 1 - Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore - Minimum Commitment (in years): 2 years Salary Range: 3Lpa - 5Lpa City: Hyderabad State/Province: Telangana Country: India Zip/Postal Code: 504001,
