Job Description

Location: Chakan Pune Key responsibilities: Apply principles of basic welding fundamentals, symbols, and blueprints Identify and perform correct robotic welding parameters, welding procedures, operations and programs Create new robotic welding programs, modify existing welding programs, and conduct welding cell cycle time calculations Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance of robotic equipment and welding equipment Work experience 5 to 10 years Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional): knowledge of special ABB ROBOT Strong welding analytical thinking, problem solving, and computer skills Knowledge of automation equipment, welding processes, and manufacturing systems Interpret blueprints and welding drawings Adapt to welding technology changes quickly and seamlessly Able to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications/ certifications: DME/BE Mechanical.
