Role: Curation & Collaborations Associate
Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)Type: Full-timeAbout Tvarita Tvarita Arts Colective supports Indian artists by curating performances, products, and colaborations rooted in traditional art forms. In the past year, weve worked with over 400 artists and reached 12,000+ people through curated experiences. Role Overview This is a cross-functional role supporting key aspects of our work:

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Build and manage relationships with colaborators, funders, and cultural institutions
Event Operations Coordinate logistics for performances, workshops, and pop-ups
Curation Support Assist in identifying artists and shaping program content
Communications Support social media and outreach efforts

Requirements:

23 years of relevant experience (arts, culture, events, or social sector)
Strong organizational and communication skils
Comfort with lean teams, ambiguity, and taking initiative Interest in Indian arts and culture, and the livelihoods that sustain them
