You have the opportunity to join as an Associate Technical Director within the Water team, based in Bangalore / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Noida, leading a large team working on complex projects in the United Kingdom & Ireland region. In this role, you will provide techno-managerial leadership support to the Structural team in India, be an expert in your functional area, and lead a large discipline team handling multiple multidisciplinary complex projects. You will support the GEC Capability Lead and Discipline Director in achieving targets, team growth, and objectives, while establishing relationships with senior staff in regional offices and driving creativity and independent thinking within your team. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team leads, ensuring high-quality standards and safe design practices, managing project delivery to meet targets, promoting best practices, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, exploring new digital technologies, and ensuring compliance with Arcadis business management system and health and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should have sound knowledge of sustainable development best practices, relevant experience in engineering solutions, expertise in professional discipline, familiarity with international codes and standards, and the ability to manage tasks, people, resources, and teams effectively. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be flexible to adopt new challenges as per business requirements. Qualifications for this position include around 20 years of experience in Structural Engineering, a degree from a recognized University, and chartership or working towards one recognized under Engineering Council such as ICE, UK or IStructE, UK. You should also have project management experience and a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field.
