Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for effective device management, including IT Asset team, vendors, and end-users.
Conduct regular audits to identify license discrepancies and optimize software asset inventory.
Collaborate with ITAM tools such as DLM (Device Lifecycle Management) to streamline asset management processes.
Provide technical support for asset-related issues and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management or related field.
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management principles, practices, and industry standards (e.g., SAM).
Proficiency in managing multiple devices simultaneously using various technologies (hardware & software).
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
