Graduate from a Planning & Organising recognized University (Preferably - Mechanical, Call Management knowledge, Active Listening Electrical, Industrial) Eye to detail Experience as Technical Support Officer preferred Logical Thinking, Speed and Accuracy Basic knowledge of Retail store and equipments Good communication Skills both Verbal and Written
