Associate Team Lead - Performance Marketing

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Seventh Triangle, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of SmartBiz brands across various platforms including Meta, Google, and CRM. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end growth strategy, leading a team of 45 performance marketers, developing scalable onboarding processes, campaigns, and reporting systems. You will be tasked with building data dashboards to monitor key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting monthly growth targets, maintaining client communication, conducting creative testing, and collaborating with the content team on briefs. Your role will also involve optimizing landing pages and checkout journeys in coordination with the tech and CRO team, as well as handling key escalations, campaign decisions, and audit processes. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta and Google platforms. Previous work experience in the D2C/eCommerce industry is essential, along with a proven track record in team management, particularly leading teams of 24 or more individuals. Strong analytical skills are a must, including proficiency in tools such as Metabase, Google Analytics 4, Excel, and understanding of key metrics like AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BBA is required. It is important that the degree has been obtained from a regular full-time program, as part-time or distance learning programs will not be considered.
