Associate Talent Evangelist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in campus engagement and talent outreach programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, academic institutions, and training partners.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives through online and offline channels.
• Participate in career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote the organization’s employer brand.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to social media campaigns and content creation related to employer branding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech (any specialization) from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for technology, people, and building communities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.
• Event coordination or public speaking experience (college fests, technical events, etc.).
• Basic understanding of the IT/Tech industry.
