Associate TA Specialist (Third Party Payroll) Vikhroli, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth hiring processes and strong team integration. Talent Acquisition: Utilize different sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract top talent. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends to build a competitive talent pipeline. Employer Branding: Promote the companys values and culture to enhance employer brand recognition. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. Recruitment Experience: 2-3 years in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in Pharma. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective coordination with candidates and stakeholders. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday or Successfactors or similar. Preferred Attributes: Experience in handling bulk hiring or niche roles. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
