Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
  
• Deliver exceptional service experience in every interaction
  
• Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
  

Candidate Profile:

• Education

  : HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any stream

• Freshers are welcome

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
