This role rests in the Activations Fashion Experience Charter within the Revenue and Growth Management team of Myntra. This team is responsible for the visual merchandising and customer fashion lifestyle experience on all the digital platforms of IOS/Android App, Mweb, and Desktop and for various categories and brands. Roles and Responsibilities
Role: Associate- Activations Fashion Experience Charter Topical Campaign Experience Ownership: Lead end-to-end store experience planning for key topical campaigns (e.g., Valentine s Day, Mother s Day) by designing effective merchandising solutions and wireframes that optimize customer journeys. Performance-Driven Merchandising: Own all merchandising-related funnel and performance metrics; establish these KPIs as benchmarks across cross-functional teams and lead performance cadences with key stakeholders. Fashion Trend Expertise Editorial Thinking: Spearhead Myntra s TrendNxt IP under the Trendification Charter. Stay ahead of emerging fashion trends and build a strong editorial POV to influence content and campaign direction. Campaign Precision Innovation: Execute campaigns with high accuracy while introducing innovative merchandising solutions that minimize CX breakages. Drive process enhancements and champion the adoption of new merchandising product features. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Store Operations, Category, Demand Management, Marketing Monetization, and Creative teams to plan and execute monthly and annual campaigns. Jointly own app and commerce metrics to ensure cohesive execution. Qualifications Experience
1) Preferably e-commerce experience with total work experience of 1-3 years (Fashion lifestyle background will be great) 2) Sharp analytical abilities 3) Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines 4) Bias for action - Has sound judgment, thoroughly thinks through the problems to come up with solutions 5) Strong stakeholder management skills 6) Sharp Business and creative acumen 7) Ability to work with a lot of ambiguity 8) Extremely strong in execution as this role will involve overseeing significant execution 9) Strong sense of customer centricity understanding towards Market trends best practices. 10) Sound understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva " Who are we
