Job Description

As a Performance Testing and Functional QA expert at Nagarro, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of digital products and experiences. With your 5+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in defining test strategies, executing performance tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, SQL, JSON, and API communication patterns will be essential in achieving high-quality standards. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and document functional and non-functional requirements of projects - Interact with clients to define testing scope, expectations, and acceptance criteria - Prepare test plans/strategies and estimate test efforts - Manage risks and identify potential causes of problems - Design and develop automated testing frameworks - Set up best practices for test automation - Prepare test reports and recommend application readiness for release - Communicate quality metrics and suggest improvements - Participate in retrospective meetings and identify areas for continuous improvement - Conduct application demos for stakeholders - Review testing artifacts and track defects to closure - Triage and prioritize defects for resolution - Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Join Nagarro and be a part of our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.,
