You are an experienced professional with over 5 years of total experience in Performance Testing and Functional QA. You have a strong hands-on expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad. Your proficiency includes working with SQL, JSON, and understanding API communication patterns. You are capable of Test Case Authoring, Test Planning and Strategy, Test Reporting, and Test Reviews. Additionally, you are familiar with automation tools such as Selenium and REST-assured for API/UI testing. Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools like BlazeMeter, Gatling, Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics is a plus. Your responsibilities will include understanding functional and non-functional requirements of projects, interacting with clients to identify testing scope and expectations, preparing test plans/strategies, estimating test effort, risk management, designing and developing automated testing frameworks, setting up best practices for test automation, preparing test reports, communicating quality metrics, participating in retrospective meetings, conducting application demos, reviewing testing artifacts, triaging defects, providing feedback to team members, and setting clear expectations. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Your deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, latency, error rate, and throughput will be crucial in this role. Strong backend validation skills with good knowledge of SQL are required for this position.,
