Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions using tools like Python, Shell Scripting, Ansible etc. to improve operational efficiency and resilience of consumer banking applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with application development teams to implement continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines for applications using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI etc.
• Monitor application and infrastructure metrics using tools like Prometheus, Grafana and alert stakeholders on anomalies
• Troubleshoot issues affecting applications and infrastructure with other teams like applications, networks, systems to ensure smooth operations
• Document automation solutions, monitoring configurations, run books and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Applicants are required to work in early morning shift
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Bash (must),Groovy and Python, Powershell (Good to have) .
• Experience with Linux/Unix & Windows systems administration, virtualization technologies, containers, configuration management, and automation tools
• CI/CD Experience: Jenkins (Must) ,Maven,Nexus,Sonarqube,twistlock or trivy , Jfrog (Good to have)
• Knowledge of databases, messaging systems, and microservices architecture
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and security standards
