ROLE OVERVIEW

Junior Graphic Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and adapt creatives for

  print materials

  (packaging design, brochures, POSM, event collaterals, etc.)
• Support digital campaigns by creating

  banners, social media creatives, and Qcomm assets

• Collaborate with the senior design team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience
• Assist in preparing design files for vendors, printers, and digital platforms
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and formats to bring fresh ideas to the team

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design (internships/freelance projects count)
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  and Corel Draw
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals—layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to design for both

  print & digital mediums

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects at once
• A creative mindset with the ability to take feedback constructively

• Portfolio link is mandatory
