Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer at Tactive, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of custom programs and modifications based on client requirements. Your role will involve creating design specifications, writing new custom programs in .NET technologies, modifying existing programs, and providing ongoing client support. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively with application consultants and project managers to ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create design specifications and provide accurate estimates for new custom programs - Develop detailed design documentation - Write new custom programs in .NET technologies - Modify existing programs with enhanced functional logic - Write MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers codes - Backup customization source code and maintain version control - Provide ongoing client support on custom programs and reports - Communicate with application consultants and project managers on project status and issues **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field with 1+ years of experience - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Team management and time management skills - Fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative - Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills - Sound knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Web API, MS SQL, Git - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle - Strong technical knowledge of .NET technologies such as .NET Core, Web API, C# - Experience working in Agile environment - Service Oriented Architecture experience At Tactive, you will be part of a culture that values ownership, empowerment, quality & cost consciousness, speed, customer centricity, team spirit, passion, and care for each other.
