Associate Software Engineer (Java Full Stack)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product Management to deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve overall development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
