Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic 2026 batch freshers to join our engineering team as Associate Software Engineers. Candidates from any degree background with strong interest in IT are welcome. Selected candidates will undergo structured training followed by real project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, or backend applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and deliver modules.
• Write clean, optimized, and scalable code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work on full-stack development depending on project requirements.
• Learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools as part of ongoing training.

Required Skills (Any of the following)

(Candidates can be from IT or Non-IT but must show interest in learning)

• Programming fundamentals: Python / Java / JavaScript / C / C++ / PHP
• Web development basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Database knowledge: MySQL / SQL
• Understanding of OOPs, data structures (basic), and problem solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• React, Node.js, Laravel, Django, or any modern framework
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• API development and integration knowledge

• 2026 Pass-Outs only
• Any degree accepted: B.E, B.Tech, BSc, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, Diploma, etc.
• IT & Non-IT students can apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good attitude and willingness to learn is mandatory
