Overview: The Associate/Associate Director will lead Security & ICT projects, manage multiple projects across the group, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. The role involves team leadership, client relationship management, technical guidance, and financial oversight. Key Responsibilities: Lead Security & ICT projects, maintaining strong client relationships. Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality engineering solutions and resource optimization. Prepare and review technical specifications, conduct technical and quality reviews, and attend design reviews. Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians to achieve project success. Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project operation. Support technical development, market sector initiatives, and proposal preparations. Report on team performance and project progress to senior leadership. Drive resource planning and financial management for projects. Opportunities: Lead iconic, architecturally significant projects in India. Work in a multidisciplinary environment, leveraging expertise in sustainable design and energy master planning. Build and maintain relationships with architects, clients, and contractors to generate new opportunities. Skills and Experience: 15+ years of experience in designing security systems for the built environment. Expertise in security systems (VSS, AACS, IDS, PIDS, SMS) and applicable standards. Proficiency in Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit) and authoring technical specifications. Knowledge of basic coding (e.g., C#) for tool development and design automation is an advantage. Strong communication skills to convey security design concepts and rationale. Qualifications: Degree in Security, Risk Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Systems and Communications Engineering (or similar).
