Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Scientific Services based in Madurai South. The role involves supporting research and development (R&D) projects, conducting laboratory experiments, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and performing detailed data analysis. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve scientific goals and contribute to advancements in medical and product innovation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Research, with the ability to conduct experiments and maintain accurate records
Demonstrated experience in Research and Development (R&D) and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to critically assess data and deduce meaningful conclusions
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology domains is an added advantage
