Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Associate in Transaction Diligence, based in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct analysis of transaction risks and develop mitigation strategies. Analyze historic and current financial information to identify trends and opportunities. Provide expert advice on transaction diligence to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in transaction diligence. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in transaction diligence and risk management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
