Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Associate in Transaction Diligence, based in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct analysis of transaction risks and develop mitigation strategies. Analyze historic and current financial information to identify trends and opportunities. Provide expert advice on transaction diligence to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in transaction diligence. ### Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualification: Chartered Accountant. Experience: The candidate should have strong statutory audit experience and exhibit good growth potential in a transaction environment, having been part of the audit and assurance practice of Big 4 CA firms.
