Associate, Sales Operations - Sales

• Process Daily Subscription Orders

• • Enforce product prerequisites and follow up with submitter/sales if necessary
  • Enforce pricing policies and follow up with submitter/sales if necessary
  • Check all comments in orders prior to processing in order to determine the proper course of action
  • Examine orders to ensure they are entered correctly
  • Confirm Information on product pages looks correct (i.e. typo in names, correct approvers listed, etc..) and follow up/file RPDs if necessary

Receive vendor approvals and ensure orders are correctly processed

• Handle Permissioning/depermissioning requests received directly from vendors
• Ensure the trial end dates on orders match the dates on the approval
• Correctly decline orders
• Follow up with vendors on orders awaiting approval

Be a contact person for our global sales team

Be available during your shift coverage to screenshare to help troubleshoot

Be prepared to take IM or phone conversations

Handle Basic Requests in Service Order Mailbox

Handle Purchase and Cancel Workstation orders that come into the mailbox starting with any urgent requests and ones that have been assigned

Frequently reference SOM documents created for each client to ensure proper order placement

Reply directly to clients and sales when orders have been completed

Handle Basic RPDs and emails

Pushing orders through to activate sooner

Reactivating/Deactivating Usernames

Placing orders for Internal accounts

Entering one off orders for sales

Filing bugs with orders and validation

Assist with Single Location Bulk Projects

• Master s degree preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Quick learner; ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Interest in learning new concepts and technologies
• Understanding of financial markets
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, logic/coding an advantage
• Good command of the English language written and oral
• Job Location: Hyderabad
• Flexible to work in 4 PM - 1 AM (IST) shift
