Job Description

Role & responsibilities

driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and meeting sales targets

Core responsibilities

Sales and customer engagement:

Directly engage with potential and existing customers through site visits and meetings.
Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various methods, including cold calling.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Evaluate customer needs and provide customized solutions and product demonstrations.

Sales strategy and execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Execute promotional plans and marketing strategies in the field.
Negotiate and close deals with customers.

Reporting and administration:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Track performance metrics and submit regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration and travel:

Coordinate sales efforts with other departments.
Attend sales events and training sessions.
Travel extensively to meet clients and work in various settings.
