Job Title: Associate - Sales Distribution (3rd party payroll For 1 year contractual)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Associate Sales Distribution to join our Distribution team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the aviation sector and looking to build a career in airline distribution, where efficiency, simplicity, and scalability are key drivers of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing content and availability across channels and partner integrations in alignment with the airlines distribution strategy.
• Support the distribution of fares, schedules, and ancillary products across channels, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Revenue Management, Digital, PSS, and external partners to troubleshoot distribution issues.
• Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly sales/channel performance reports using MS Excel.
• Participate in testing and validation of distribution configurations during system updates or product changes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of distribution setups and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on routine tasks while being a team player for larger projects.
• Education Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with technical discipline.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
• Good analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or coursework in aviation, travel technology, or airline commercial operations.
• Diploma or certified training in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or equivalent airline reservation platforms.
• Basic awareness of NDC and LCC distribution strategies.
• Experience with Excel automation tools or visualization platforms like Power BI.
• Basic understanding of airline APIs, PNR creation, and content distribution logic.
• Familiarity with BSP/ARC payment processes and reconciliation.
