Associate Renewals Manager

As a Senior Associate Renewals Manager at PowerSchool, your main responsibility will be to oversee, forecast, and close subscription renewals in your assigned book of business. You will engage directly with customers, collaborate with the overall account team, and aim to maximize retention, minimize churn, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for new products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing a high volume, transactional book of business - Engaging with customers approximately 120 days prior to expiration - Proposing Services and training credits and Premium Support - Evaluating coterm opportunities to streamline transaction processes - Understanding negotiation tactics - Identifying upsell/cross-sell/expansion opportunities - Developing an understanding of customers" approval processes and budget cycle - Maintaining consistent updates of Salesforce CRM tool for pipeline management - Ensuring accurate forecast of renewals pipeline as defined by the business To be considered for this role, you should have 0-2 years of prior experience in Renewals Management, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Salesforce or prior CRM experience, ability to multi-task and meet metric deadlines, strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, strong oral, written and interpersonal skills, strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, ability to handle a heavy workload and multiple projects with frequent interruptions and schedule changes. An Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
