Associate Relationship Officer - JLG

Role Overview: As an Associate Relationship Officer-JLG, your primary responsibility is to deepen relationships with banking accounts and provide excellent service to customers. You will assist the Relationship Manager in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs within the designated area, assessing their business loan requirements, and driving client acquisition. Your role involves mapping household needs, conducting end-user checks post loan disbursal, and generating revenue through cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to expanding liabilities business in new markets, achieving sales goals, and promoting online banking adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Manage zoning activity to identify household needs in allocated villages and areas - Conduct end-user checks after loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Evaluate client needs and explore cross-sell opportunities based on lifestyle and risk profiling - Assist in penetrating liabilities business in new markets through lead generation and account opening - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account retention - Encourage customers to adopt online banking for improved service delivery - Ensure high collections efficiency and maintain accurate loan and saving account documentation - Coordinate with operations officer for timely and accurate data entry - Ensure compliance with bank requirements and conduct field audits and customer verifications - Stay updated on bank products, credit standards, and services to provide efficient customer service - Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality across the branch network - Support livelihood advancement and community development initiatives Qualifications Required: - Graduate Additional Company Details: The role requires 0-1 years of relevant branch banking experience, and freshers are welcome to apply.,
