Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Relationship Manager to join our team in the SALES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
