Job Description

The Associate Relationship Manager will be a key member of our Affluent-Service team, working closely with high-net-worth individuals to understand their ficial needs and goals. This role involves building long-term relationships, offering personalized advice, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the banks affluent customer segment and contribute to its overall success.

Bachelors degree in Fice, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or ficial services industry.
Strong knowledge of ficial products and services, including investments, banking, and wealth management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret ficial data and make informed recommendations.
Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including occasional weekends.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, understanding their ficial goals and requirements.
Offer tailored ficial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and banking services, to meet customer needs.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of customer portfolios, ensuring alignment with their ficial objectives.
Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant ficial advice.
Collaborate with other teams, such as investment advisors and wealth managers, to deliver comprehensive ficial solutions.
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and cross-selling bank products and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Affluent-Service team.
Represent the bank professionally and ethically, upholding its values and reputation.
