Job Description

Drive referral market access through effective sales, communication skills, and competitor analysis to strengthen Cytecare Hospital’s market position.
Coordinate patient care with timely feedback to referral doctors, ensuring high service standards and strong relationship management.
Ensure process compliance for payouts, MOUs, and documentation, while utilizing MIS reports for strategic marketing and budget optimization.
Execute direct sales and outreach programs such as CMEs, camps, OPDs, and build networks via consultant tie-ups and new market development.
Focus on oncology specialties with continuous product training, active stakeholder engagement, and consistent reporting through Saneforce to support top-line growth.

Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: Fresher
Languages Required: Kannada and English
Location: Preferred candidates from the local geographical area
Other Requirements: Two-wheeler is mandatory
